POSTAGE & HANDLING

All other postage and shipping costs depend on your geographic location and will be shown to you at the checkout. All costs are in American dollars. This is not covering the custom taxes in your country.

 

We use DHL express worldwide shipping service which delivers to virtually any corner of this planet. DHL Express is one of the fastest international delivery services, providing a delivery time of 1-6 business days for most major destinations, depending on your geographic location. At the checkout, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date depending on your location. We’re proud to offer you the fastest shipping possible at the cheapest rate possible. In some circumstances when this service is not available, we will  use the next available reliable airmail postage method; with tracking. 

We strive to ship as fast as possible (within 24 hours of order notification). Please note prints and hand-embellished prints may take longer due to requiring on-order embellishments.  

CUSTOMS TAX

We are not responsible for customs taxes in any country. get informed before buying about the customs taxes and rules in your country.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.

SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES

To make sure your order safely reaches you, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive your parcel, you will be notified through the contact details you leave with us at checkout.

CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS

We know you want your order fast so our team at the warehouse aims to process and pack your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. This means that if you need to make changes to your order (including your shipping address), we can only do so if it hasn’t left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, please contact us.

REFUND POLICY

RETURNS

If for any reason you aren’t absolutely blown away by your original hand-made products, we would absolutely love to make it right in any way we can. We stand by our products 100%. If you are not satisfied, we will issue you a store credit of your order value (what you paid after discount if applicable). You will be responsible to provide the return postage. The store credit will be issued once the items have been received back to us in the same condition in which you received them. please note your original shipping cost with your order (if any) is non-refundable.

All items are eligible for the above return or exchange except original art works and our limited edition print collections. These have their own return policies listed on their product pages. The Blotter Art also has its own refund policies set out on the Blotter Visions website, as they are selling the blotters directly from their site. No Blotters are sold by the Luke Brown Art website.

 

We kindly ask that you read the product descriptions carefully, look at the product photos and use the sizing charts provided (for clothing items). We strive to provide all information needed for you to make the right choice when purchasing. 

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please do so within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only eligible if it’s unused, unwashed and not altered in any way. Exchanges for different designs are not accepted. Email us at contact@lukebrownart for instructions and exchange item / size and we will get the correct item(s) sent to you.

DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will get it sorted out immediately please contact us.

 

RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns for in-store credit up to 10 days from receiving your order as long as it’s unused, unwashed, and not altered in any way.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any orders more than 24 hours from the time of purchase. If your order shows “delivered” and you did not receive it. Please contact us and we will help you locate the package. We are not responsible if the given address is incorrect and we will not replace/refund with store credit if it is delivered to the incorrect address. Please contact us before it ships to change the address if you find any errors with your address.
